Do I have to register before I can carry out transactions on Naira.com?
Yes you do. This is actually for your protection. You have to be a registered member to make payments on Naira.com, so we know who you are. We have different levels and some more critical services cannot be performed unless we have more information about you like your biometric (fingerprint) data and your photograph taken live at any of our ChamsCity centres. Security is very important to us at Naira.com and we have put processes in place to ensure this.

How do I pay for services on Naira.com?
You can pay for services on the site using the major cards in circulation locally - Chams card, e-transact card, or Interswitch card. We are expanding this portfolio to include other cards like Visa, Vpay, and Mastercard.

When I enter my card details to make a purchase on Naira.com, am I sure those details are safe?
Yes. We have implemented encryption on our site and your details are encrypted before they are sent to our server. We've also integrated directly with each payment gateway and when you are paying with a card, those details are captured directly in the card provider's secure environment.

Is there an additional charge for using this site?
No. Most services on Naira.com are free to the user. Where there is a charge to you, you would be specifically notified before you make purchase.

How secure is the site?
Very secure. We have put in place a strict verification process to protect you from fraud and other unnecessary inconveniences.

How do I know my transaction has been successful?
Upon completion of the transaction, feedback would be displayed on screen showing the status of the transaction. You will also receive an email notification of the transaction for record purposes and for reference. You can also receive notifications by SMS to your phone for a minimal extra charge. Finally, at any point in time, you can log onto Naira.com and view the status of all your transactions.

What if I order for food on Naira.com and it doesn't get delivered on time?
We have strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with all merchants and vendors on Naira.com. Each restaurant has committed to a delivery timeline for various locations. This delivery information is provided to you before you pay for your order. If your item is not delivered within the specified time, you can notify us on email ( notifications@naira.com ). We have also implemented customer ratings for our food service so you can rate the service received from each restaurant, or view existing ratings. In this way you can tell whether a restaurant has a reputation for delivering on time or not. This is also an incentive for the restaurants to keep to their SLAs.

Can I track my transactions on Naira.com?
Yes. Every transaction you perform on Naira.com is recorded accurately. At any point in time, you can log onto Naira.com and view your transaction history. This shows you what transactions have been made, the value of the transactions, dates, etc.
